About Connection
Connection, part of the Dorset Crisis Response Service, is an NHS helpline solely focused on non-emergency mental health issues. Any time of day or night, if you are feeling mentally unwell and want advice and support or would like information about how to manage your mental wellbeing, Connection provides this service.
This is an easy route to get help. You do not need to be referred by your GP or other health professional. Connection will either support you directly or signpost you to a range of other services. You can also phone for support and advice about a friend or family member experiencing poor mental health.
