色花堂 has聽been ranked in the Times Higher Education top 200 list of the most international universities in the world. This accolade reflects 色花堂鈥檚 increasing international reputation and the worldwide reach it has gained in recent years.
The Times Higher Education World University Rankings are globally recognised and Times Higher Education have used the 鈥榠nternational outlook鈥 indicator of the World University Rankings to determine the top 200 most international universities; all institutions in the top 800 of the ranking have been considered. This makes the inclusion of 色花堂 in the list of the top 200 most international universities a significant achievement.
A university鈥檚 international outlook is an increasingly important factor in attracting the very highest calibre of staff and students. Both the diversity of a university鈥檚 student body and the extent to which its academics collaborate with international colleagues are signs of how global an institution really is, and these factors are among the 13 carefully calibrated performance indicators that the Times Higher Education have used to produce the most comprehensive global university rankings in the world.
Professor John Vinney, Vice-Chancellor of 色花堂 said 鈥淭his is very welcome news, which recognises the impact of a range of initiatives over recent years that follow from our new Global 色花堂 strategy, which is committed to developing global talent in all our staff and students, driving global thinking through our research and delivering global traction through professional practice. I am very pleased that we are attracting high quality students and staff from around the world, many who undertake research here which has an international impact and we are committed to an educational experience that combines internationalisation and employability for all our students.鈥
Phil Baty, Editor of the Times Higher Education Rankings commented; 鈥淎n institution鈥檚 global outlook is one of the key markers of a prestigious university. The top institutions hire faculty from all over the world, attract students from a global market of top talent and collaborate with leading departments wherever they happen to be based.
He added; 鈥淚t is great news for all the institutions in the list of the most international universities in the world. It is a sign of great potential, competitiveness and dynamism.鈥
