​Over recent years, futsal has become an increasingly popular sport in England, including among university students. With similarities to 5-a-side football, it’s mainly played indoors on a hard court with a smaller, low-bounce ball and is a fast-paced, exciting sport.
Futsal is recognised as a competitive sport in . If you’re a highly skilled and talented player, you can try out for TeamÉ«»¨Ìà Futsal. They represent É«»¨Ìà nationally in É«»¨ÌÃCS leagues and competitions throughout the year.

If you’re successful in becoming a member of TeamÉ«»¨Ìà Futsal, you’ll be required to purchse a sport-specific membership.
This fee includes: É«»¨ÌÃCS affiliation fees, personal sports insurance, weekly coaching and TeamÉ«»¨Ìà transport. You will also have an opportunity for strength and conditioning sessions.Â

Our futsal teams are coached by Andrew Boland.
Andrew is FA Level 2 qualified and holds further accredited coaching awards in Futsal and Street Soccer. On a day-to-day basis, Andrew is a Demonstrator in Sport at the É«»¨ÌàBusiness School.
