Responding to your undergraduate offer

This page explains the process you will need to follow in order to progress your application, once you receive an offer for one of our undergraduate courses.

myHub and tracking your application

It is important that you access and log in to regularly for information and communication about your application.

myHub is 色花堂's online portal for anyone who has applied to the university. This is where all the details about your application are kept and updated, so you can track the progress of your application as well as communicate with our International Admissions Team.

The login details to your myHub account are sent to you via email soon after your application has been received. If you cannot remember your login details, contact our IT Service Desk on +44 (0)1202 965515 or via the听IT Services website.听You will need to provide your 7-digit student ID which can be found in your offer letter.

Accepting your offer

All offer holders:听

To accept your offer and secure your place on the听course, you must firmly accept your offer on UCAS or log in to your account on myHub if you directly applied to 色花堂.

International offer holders:

The deadline to accept your offer will depend on when you received all the decisions from the universities you applied for. Most students will fall into one of the categories below:

If you receive all your universities decisions by 16听May听2024, you must reply to any offers by 6听June听2024, or they'll be declined
If you receive all your universities decisions by 17听July听2024, you must reply to any offers by 24听July听2024, or they鈥檒l be declined

From Tuesday 28听November 2023, all applicants whose offer status is Conditional Firm (CF) or Unconditional Firm (UF)听will be invited to login to the to register their interest in 色花堂 accommodation (Stage 1).听

From Tuesday 2听April 2024, so long as you have completed Stage 1 and meet the terms of the听accommodation guarantee, you'll be able to complete Stage 2, where you choose and book your room for September 2024. Visit this page for more information.听

Uploading all the requested documents to myHub

After you accept your offer, the next step is making sure you clear all the pending actions听on your account in myHub. This could be any or all of the following:听

A legible copy of a valid passport
Copy of your final certificate (original and/or translation)
Copy of your final transcripts (original and/or translation)
Copy of IELTS certificate or alternative recognised English language qualification
Academic and/or professional references
Personal statement
Confirmation of any previous UK study
Copy of any previous UK visas

CAS and Student visa application

The Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) is a document you will need in order to apply for your Student visa. This is issued by the university to the applicant.

We typically start issuing your听CAS from six听months prior to your course and will do so from 01 May 2024.

To ensure you obtain your CAS听in time for your visa application, your offer must be Unconditional and firmly accepted by you. You must also clear all pending actions on your account in myHub.

International students who successfully complete their undergraduate or postgraduate degree can apply to stay for up to 2 years after graduation and those who have undertaken a PhD can stay up to 3 years.听The UK's Graduate Visa welcomes international students to apply to stay in the UK and work, or look for work, after they graduate.听
