Webpage: No Report Presidents Council Report: Since there were a large number of items discussed at the January 13th Presidents Council meeting, Melinda Mott gave a brief summary of the report that was emailed to all of the Classified Staff, highlighting the changes to the travel policy preauthorization requirements and shared governance. New Business: Petition for the Amendment of the By-Laws to include fundraising oversight under the responsibilities of the Vice Chair of the Classified Council: Melinda Mott reported that, in order to change the responsibility of the Vice Chair in the By-Laws, it will take signatures (or emailed approval) of 10% of the Classified Staff. Melinda is going to prepare the petition that will be emailed out for a vote. The petition will discuss have the Vice Chair of Classified Council also serve as the Chairperson for the Events/Fundraisers Committee. Classified Council Involvement with SGA Fall Food Drive: Melinda Mott spoke about her disappointment in the lack of organization the SGA has had with the Food Drive over the past few years, and this year in particular. Dianna Byers had even gone to their meeting a few months ago and talked with them about deadlines and advertising the event, but those things did not appear to have been taken into account. Mott said, as a listed co-sponsor, when the event goes poorly, it reflects on the Classified Staff as well and that maybe we shouldnt be involved with it any longer.Michelle Phay agreed with Melinda's disappointment and felt it would be better for the Council to remove itself from the process, allowing SGA to run the Food Drive however theyd like and that it would be a better idea to just make a cash contribution. Michelle Phay made a motion that the Classified Council still donate as they do every year, but no longer co-sponsor the event. Rachel McAnany seconded. The motion passed with one nay vote from Brenda Wilkie. Wilkie explained that, because the groups leadership potentially changes every year, and the officers may be inexperienced in putting on an event of this magnitude, she felt they would benefit from more guidance and mentoring. Wilkie also expressed concern about the relationship the Council has developed with Albertsons, who match their donation in turkeys every year for the Food Drive. Outstanding Classified Staff Member Nominations: Brenda Wilkie asked if Paula Smith could be asked to send out the email about the election and collect the nominations again this year. Melinda said that Wilkie should ask her and, if Smith was unable to do it, that she would. The timeline remains: Nominations April 27th through May 1st. Elections May 11th through May 15th. Old Business: Valentines Day Bake Sale: Scheduled for Wednesday, February 11th, 2015. Duck Race: Tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, May 6th, 2015, but that date is dependent on the weather and needs to be coordinated with Tony Cortes. The question arose whether the Council would be able to borrow the ducks from the Museum or look into buying their own. Michelle Phay described the research that Paula Smith and Dori Andrepont had done last year and the dilemma of finding ducks correctly weighted for floating down a river. Melinda Mott suggested perhaps making a $40 donation to the Museum as a Thank You for allowing the Council to borrow the ducks again. Brenda Wilkie said she would get with Paula Smith and find out whom shed dealt with at the Museum last year. Public Comment: There was no Public Comment. Next Meeting: The next meeting of the Classified Council is February 19th at 9:30am. Adjournment: Michelle Phay made a motion to adjourn and Rachel McAnany seconded it. The meeting was adjourned at 10:04am. )3489DEX\bdegqrsu ξ޾ξΘΘξΘqޫ^$hJwhqCJOJQJ^J_H aJhWU_CJOJQJ^J_H aJ h*hqhCJOJQJ^J_H aJ$h*hqCJOJQJ^J_H aJ$hqhqCJOJQJ^J_H aJhqCJOJQJ^J_H aJh#D0CJOJQJ^J_H aJhChCJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hq5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ"#Eg 3 O P 8 d^gd<pd^p`gdpd^p`gdnH dgd dgdq $da$gdq $ 2 @ M O P d e u n^J^:hrsCJOJQJ^J_H aJ'hhCJH*OJQJ^J_H aJh9`CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!h9`5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hq5CJOJQJ^J_H aJhqCJOJQJ^J_H aJh.@CJOJQJ^J_H aJh:CJOJQJ^J_H aJh#D0CJOJQJ^J_H aJhP?CJOJQJ^J_H aJhnHCJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJ Q W X d q Z ̻zjZzZzJz:J:JzJzhR5CJOJQJ^J_H aJh.CJOJQJ^J_H aJhWCJOJQJ^J_H aJhvGCJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJh9`CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hq5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hD 5CJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJ'hR5hR/CJH*OJQJ^J_H aJh8cCJOJQJ^J_H aJZ 1 5 7 8 ; > 🏴ڰ8$Z<CJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJ!h5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ$hhjCJOJQJ^J_H aJhqCJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hq5CJOJQJ^J_H aJhvGCJOJQJ^J_H aJh8cCJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJh1CJOJQJ^J_H aJh% CJOJQJ^J_H aJ> K j k l s t v z { n^M=hNaCJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hNa5CJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJ!h5CJOJQJ^J_H aJh wCJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJh<CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!h<5CJOJQJ^J_H aJhqCJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJhC)CJOJQJ^J_H aJ8 l { F G Z [ q B} d^gd' d^gd~- d^gd: d`gd~- d`gd6 dgd6 d^gdNa d^gd d^gd w D E G Y Z [ b e q ۻwaQaA1hS CJOJQJ^J_H aJh*ZCJOJQJ^J_H aJh6CJOJQJ^J_H aJ*hjhq5>*CJOJQJ^J_H aJ$h_W5>*CJOJQJ^J_H aJhqCJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hq5CJOJQJ^J_H aJh!CJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJh#0CJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJ'hhCJH*OJQJ^J_H aJ ?ABWXZ[кzfzzVF6h CJOJQJ^J_H aJh*ZCJOJQJ^J_H aJhe; CJOJQJ^J_H aJ'hhCJH*OJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJh:CJOJQJ^J_H aJh~-CJOJQJ^J_H aJhKCJOJQJ^J_H aJ*hjhq5>*CJOJQJ^J_H aJh6CJOJQJ^J_H aJh%3CJOJQJ^J_H aJhq^{CJOJQJ^J_H aJ[fg89:owаwgWWGWg7WWh CJOJQJ^J_H aJhwQCJOJQJ^J_H aJhdCJOJQJ^J_H aJhsCJOJQJ^J_H aJhKCJOJQJ^J_H aJ$hjhqCJOJQJ^J_H aJ*hjhq5>*CJOJQJ^J_H aJhDRCJOJQJ^J_H aJh.CJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJh'CJOJQJ^J_H aJhqCJOJQJ^J_H aJ:<bkzjzZI!h5CJOJQJ^J_H aJhD CJOJQJ^J_H aJh=ACJOJQJ^J_H aJh:CJOJQJ^J_H aJ*hjh:5>*CJOJQJ^J_H aJhqCJOJQJ^J_H aJh.CJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJhsCJOJQJ^J_H aJhdCJOJQJ^J_H aJhJnCJOJQJ^J_H aJ?@OPmn 5] & Fgdg*^*gdg*^*gdvE d^gd0 d^gd7 *d^*gdvE dgd5C dgd d`gd5CZ\>?@MNOP%̹vcRA.$hIhICJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hI5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!h%95CJOJQJ^J_H aJ$hvEh[CJOJQJ^J_H aJh` CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!h 5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hq5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!h~-5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ$hhCJOJQJ^J_H aJh=ACJOJQJ^J_H aJ'h7h7CJH*OJQJ^J_H aJh7CJOJQJ^J_H aJ %`adltulS\ Cqп~~~k[k[k[k[k[k[h0CJOJQJ^J_H aJ$h0h0CJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJhy CJOJQJ^J_H aJh=ACJOJQJ^J_H aJ!h75CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!h%95CJOJQJ^J_H aJhVdCJOJQJ^J_H aJhdCJOJQJ^J_H aJhICJOJQJ^J_H aJs'0Hce :;<_p +5²¢¢¢¢¢|naWMWMWMWhy OJQJ^JhgOJQJ^Jh7hvEOJQJ^Jh7hvE5OJQJ^Jh%95OJQJ^Jh75OJQJ^Jh7CJOJQJ^J_H aJhgCJOJQJ^J_H aJhy CJOJQJ^J_H aJhCJOJQJ^J_H aJ$h0h0CJOJQJ^J_H aJ4jhhCJOJQJU^JaJmHnHu5IKY[mo~~p_p_M_p~~_#hvEh7CJH*OJQJ^JaJ hvEh7CJOJQJ^JaJhI9_CJOJQJ^JaJh75CJOJQJ^JaJ#hvEh75CJOJQJ^JaJ!h0{5CJOJQJ^J_H aJh0{CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hWU_5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ'hvEhvE5CJOJQJ^J_H aJhghgH*OJQJ^JhghgOJQJ^J dgd55N d`gd55N dgdu^gdI9_^gd7 d^gd0{ 0d^`0gd0{ t jt䥗raQAQh.eCJOJQJ^J_H aJhIS`CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hu5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ'h.eh.e5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ hI9_h` CJOJQJ^JaJhqmCJOJQJ^JaJhrTCJOJQJ^JaJh|ZCJOJQJ^JaJ#hvEh7CJH*OJQJ^JaJ hvEh7CJOJQJ^JaJhI9_CJOJQJ^JaJh7CJOJQJ^JaJ "/M[\ۻۗraQQAh8Z'CJOJQJ^J_H aJhF_CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hWU_5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ!hI5CJOJQJ^J_H aJ'hWU_hWU_5CJOJQJ^J_H aJh55NCJOJQJ^J_H aJ'h7h7CJH*OJQJ^J_H aJh7CJOJQJ^J_H aJh0CJOJQJ^J_H aJhIS`CJOJQJ^J_H aJ'hIS`hIS`5CJOJQJ^J_H aJh\hqh8Z'CJOJQJ^J_H aJh7CJOJQJ^J_H aJh[`bCJOJQJ^J_H aJ21h:p0/ =!"#$% /Dd A?zcleardotPicture 2https://ssl.gstatic.com/ui/v1/icons/mail/images/cleardot.gif"bcL㓹ߴO)s6DncL㓹ߴO)s6PNG IHDR%VsBIT|.wPLTEU~tRNS@fbKGDH cmPPJCmp0712Om IDATc`clIENDB`j 666666666vvvvvvvvv666666>6666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666hH66666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666p62 0@P`p2( 0@P`p 0@P`p 0@P`p 0@P`p 0@P`p 0@P`p8XV~ OJPJQJ_HmH nH sH tH J`J qNormal dCJ_HaJmH sH tH DA D Default Paragraph FontRiR 0 Table Normal4 l4a (k ( 0No List R@R Na0 Balloon Text dCJOJQJ^JaJRoR Na0Balloon Text CharCJOJPJQJ^JaJZ@Z vE List Paragraphd^CJOJPJQJaJPK![Content_Types].xmlN0EH-J@%ǎǢ|ș$زULTB l,3;rØJB+$G]7O٭V|ԑan/~^=ʎ:>/@X:/~dz'/YtD;WsE09%og1 -Y,{"4W" J@blK;A,xF1a5 \Zxf /KAȷ[NQ۪D]S#Br" `u\ S&s͵֫%2ȋ=tDC+1eA ; qc?Pȹ΄ ~;D^CP3ݷ6f5 ʪSZeXry 3~K:EXI (BǖUUAo'zGo.ܦx,]c]{~/^w^ -V]mܣ)t _jΡ3M0(3+Ο!|w2L`f R6N'Da_v\ϸ3gj[":`q\xp$%?G k#X^Gi6$LU jPI=C,$ EC_jP˳['6\- Qj~ j_F:n-wo4]Hv5jFVW+u4Wz Ց,(gE?PK! ѐ'theme/theme/_rels/themeManager.xml.relsM 0wooӺ&݈Э5 6?$Q ,.aic21h:qm@RN;d`o7gK(M&$R(.1r'JЊT8V"AȻHu}|$b{P8g/]QAsم(#L[PK-![Content_Types].xmlPK-!֧6 0_rels/.relsPK-!kytheme/theme/themeManager.xmlPK-!Otheme/theme/theme1.xmlPK-! ѐ' theme/theme/_rels/themeManager.xml.relsPK] H Z > [%5!"#8 L# @0( B S ?
